1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • The item must be returned with its original packaging and tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn shoes

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Shoesious reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Include your order number in the email.

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • A refund (if replacement is not available).

We are committed to resolving such issues quickly and fairly.

4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product (for size or design):

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • The product must meet all return eligibility conditions.

  • Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refunds will be issued via:

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Shoesious is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider (processing times vary).

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if:

  • The request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
